**Our commitment**  
Stock Right Now is committed to conducting its business in a manner that minimises environmental impact and supports sustainable practices wherever reasonably practicable.

As a small, fully remote software business, our environmental footprint is inherently low. We recognise our responsibility to operate responsibly, comply with relevant environmental legislation, and make considered choices as the business develops.

**Scope of this policy**  
This Environmental Policy applies to:

- All employees of Stock Right Now  
- All business activities and operations  
- Key suppliers and partners where environmental considerations are relevant

**Our approach**  
Stock Right Now aims to minimise its environmental impact by:

- Operating a fully remote working model, eliminating office-related energy use  
- Avoiding unnecessary travel and prioritising remote collaboration  
- Using electric vehicles for company-owned transport  
- Delivering services digitally with no physical products or logistics  
- Using cloud-based infrastructure rather than on-premise servers  
- Considering environmental credentials when selecting key suppliers and service providers

**Energy and resources**  
We seek to reduce energy and resource consumption by:

- Avoiding the use of physical office premises  
- Encouraging responsible energy use within home working environments  
- Minimising printing and paper usage  
- Making use of digital documentation and electronic communication

**Waste and pollution prevention**  
Stock Right Now aims to prevent pollution and reduce waste by:

- Minimising electronic waste through responsible equipment use  
- Encouraging reuse and recycling of IT equipment where appropriate  
- Avoiding unnecessary physical materials and packaging

**Legal compliance**  
Stock Right Now is committed to complying with all applicable environmental legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to our operations.

**Continuous improvement**  
We recognise that environmental responsibility is an ongoing process. We therefore commit to:

- Reviewing this Environmental Policy annually  
- Reviewing our Carbon Reduction Plan alongside this policy  
- Making proportionate improvements as the business grows  
- Remaining informed of relevant environmental best practice

**Responsibility and governance**  
Responsibility for this Environmental Policy sits with senior management at Stock Right Now. All employees are expected to support the principles outlined in this policy.
